Use this form to cancel an order that has not shipped yet, or to request a return under our returns policy.

This form implements our contractual returns policy. US federal law does not provide a general right to cancel online purchases, so the terms of our returns policy apply.

Write "entire order" if you want to return everything.

Telling us why helps us improve, but it is not required.

What happens next

  2. 2 You ship the item back, unused and in its original packaging.
  3. 3 We refund you once we have received and checked the item.
